Munster is a washed rind cheese that has a creamy texture and an ivory body dotted with small openings. It is made from pasteurized cow's milk and it has that characteristic aroma of Munsters. It reveals subtle fragrances accompanied by floral and buttery notes. It has a pronounced flavor with a smooth finish.
